Note: To achieve optimum plant growth during the daylight growth cycle, enrich the air around the plants with Carbon Dioxide (CO2).

Plant growth (photosynthesis) requires light, water, nutrients and CO2.

Normal outdoor CO2 levels (400 ppm) will achieve normal plant growth. 1,500 ppm is the maximum CO2 level for maximum plant growth. Any CO2 level between 1,000 ppm and 1,500 ppm will also produce significantly improve results.

 If you start seeds in tiny containers, you'll need to transplant seedlings into slightly larger pots once they have their first set of true leaves. Keep in mind that flats and pots take up space, so make sure you have enough room for all the seedlings you start.
